Due to the variations of manufacturers’ sizing we have put together a few size charts to help you understand the sizing process a little better. The charts are on an average fitting basis and may vary from person to person. You will also find however that each product description where possible will have further detail regarding the fit to help you decide on what size will best fit you.

In particular, look out for variations in Jeans fitting. Most manufacturers tend to vary their sizing but style, type and fit need to be considered. Please ensure to look closely at the style of Comfort fit jeans, Regular fit jeans and Slim fit jeans. As usual if you have any questions or queries please don’t hesitate to email or call us.

What forms of payment do you accept at Ventuno Couture?

We accept all internationally recognised credit cards including as Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard and American Express. We also accept debit cards Delta, Solo, Switch and Maestro. We also accept Amazon Pay and PayPal.

When will I actually be charged?

Once your VC order has been authenticated you will receive an Order Confirmation email. At this point we will bill your card/ account.

How safe is it to pay using my credit or debit card?

When entering into the payment page at VC will be taken via a secure and encrypted connection to our Pay Point secure payment site. The yellow padlock in the bottom right hand side of the browser will indicate that the server is secure and encrypted via SSL

How will you use my personal details?

Ventuno Couture only use your information to process your order and to provide you with a more personalised service. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. How much will it cost to send my order?

Shipping is charged at various rates depending on weight. Once you have added an item to the basket the different shipping charges will be shown. We do offer free Next Working Delivery for orders over £100.

How will you send my Ventuno Couture order to me?

This depends on what service you select. We can ship via DPD or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

How long will my Ventuno Couture order take to arrive?

Depending on what service you choose we can delivery next working day for UK deliveries and around a 2-3 working days for international orders. Excludes Bank Holidays and National Holidays.

What happens if I need to return any of the designer items?

Our business is based purely around our customers and we look into every possible avenue to help ensure that we provide the highest level of service all round. We run a standard returns policy and ask that if you don’t feel entirely satisfied with your purchase, that you return your goods to the address below within 10 days.

The Ventuno Couture site has been built to ensure easy navigation and browsing. Our Mens section for example, has been further split into categories and the jeans are split into fits. Products are listed in each of these sections to help you further find what you are looking for. We also have a search bar located on the……….of the page.

We regularly promote our best designer clothing deals. These are highlighted on the home page and will constantly be changing and updated. To ensure you get the best deal make sure you register to our newsletter and we’ll do all the looking around for you.

How do I convert European sizes to UK sizes?

We have provided a size guide within the help section to assist you in converting sizes. As we expand our brand section we will add the appropriate additional sizing guide but there is always additional information within each product description if a product’s fit differs from the standard.
