Dispatch Schedule
All orders that are authorised before 12pm Monday-Friday we aim to send out on the same day. Any orders made later will be sent out the next working day.
Tracking Your Ventuno Couture Order
When you place your order with us you will receive two e-mails.
Firstly, your order will be sent to our dispatch centre and you will receive an e-mail to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed.
Once your Ventuno Couture order has been picked, packed and dispatched, another email confirming your unique tracking number will be sent, allowing you to track your order until the moment it is delivered to your door. This will also be updated in your registered account.
Please note that all orders will need to be signed for.
UK Delivery
We offer the following services in the U.K for shipping.
Standard Service
Our first service is our Standard Next Day Delivery Service with DPD Local and Royal Mail which runs to your door 5 days a week and there are no extra surcharges on residential deliveries. This service provides online tracking but only limited insurance. For DPD deliveries please ensure you provide your mobile number as they will text you with a one hour time slot of when your order will be delivered.

Saturday Delivery
All Royal Mail (Saturday Deliveries) will be delivered for the upcoming Saturday. This service provides online tracking.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?
If you are out when a delivery is attempted, don’t worry as the driver will leave a calling card. You then have one of three options: –
1- Re-arrange your delivery online by entering your tracking ID
2- Call the number provided on calling card / local depot and arrange to have your goods redelivered at no extra charge
3- Visit your local depot and collect your goods. (Please ensure you take appropriate ID)
